My, these are really good--country diner good. They'll change how you feel about breakfast. They're not too heavy and just sweet enough. They're quicker, easier, and more convenient than cornbread.
You deserve to have a corn cake mix in your cupboard.

This mix is extremely versatile. It's fun to make corn dogs and fritters, but most of the time, I just make pancakes. It goes with us on every camping trip. It's comfort food.
I like cornbread. This is a little mellower than cornbread, maybe a Yankee cornbread with syrup. It's a lot quicker and easier than cornbread. Just add water and you make just what you want. Give it a try.

These also make the best corn fritters we have ever tried. You can also make hush puppies, or batter for frying fish or veggies.
Give them a try. Your family will love them. They'll be your all-around favorite pancake, too,
Ingredients: Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), stone ground cornmeal, dry milk, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. This mix contains wheat and dairy products and may contain traces of soy, eggs, peanuts, or tree nuts.
The batter is thick and pours into golden circles small or plate size. Easy to flip and cook to perfection. The aroma is enticing and the finished cakes are fluffy buttery goodness. My husband says, “throw any other mixes or recipes away!” This is a keeper.
Haven't been able to make it yet. Am having my kitchen remodeled. Am looking forward to when I can bake again.
My family loves these!!
They are a little different from the other pancake mixes that we buy. And we like the change
A welcome change, taste similar to a cornbread but less dense. Cooks like a pancake-has texture and Cornbread flavor.
