Gingerbread snaps just like Mom’s !!

Easy to make, delicious gingerbread snaps/cookies. Reminded me of the cookies that I had at home during my childhood! If you bake them for the maximum recommended time- they are nice and “snappy” after cooling down ….. if you leave them in the oven for the minimal recommended time - they are a bit chewier. Either way, they are absolutely delicious!!! Can’t go wrong either way!!

This Gingersnap mix is better than homemade. It has the perfect amount of ginger and is quick & easy to make. While the package states it makes approximately 40 cookies, I actually got 52 . I would give it 6 stars if possible

Taste like Grandmas

I love these ginger snaps. Just chewy enough and ginger taste is perfect, not too strong. Love with a cup of tea. Easy to make.
