Snickerdoodle Pancake Mix 24 oz

I stopped at a local cookie shop. The proprietor was there, and she was a customer. She asked if she could buy our snickerdoodle cookie mix in bulk.
"I can't make snickerdoodles as good as yours."
It takes good ingredients, not just a good recipe. I suspect that our cinnamon was better. We buy our cinnamon in 25-pound boxes from a wholesaler. It has twice the volatile oils than the cinnamon the grocery stores carry. That makes all the difference.
We used our snickerdoodle cookies as a guide for our snickerdoodle pancakes.
Your questions
- What makes some cinnamon better? Primarily, it's the cinnamon oil. Really good cinnamon has up to three times the cinnamon oil. It's also how the harvest it. Cinnamon is ground bark. If they get too aggressive, they grind some of the wood, too.
- Where can I buy really good cinnamon? A specialty spice shop. Grocery stores compete on price. We package cinnamon from those 25-pound boxes and sell a really good Korintje Cassia cinnamon.
- Is it expensive? Not really. We cut out the middleman.
- You guys have really good pancakes. How do these compare? They're the same pancakes, but we added spices, cinnamon chips, and a really good snickerdoodle flavor. Cinnamon chips make everything better.
- What! You have a snickerdoodle flavor? Yep, it's a really neat flavor. It's a dry flavor so we can put it right in the mix.
- What syrup do you recommend? Any of the buttermilk syrups work well. Try the Vanilla Buttermilk Syrup Mix. Vanilla Cream Syrup is outstanding. If you are a bit adventuresome, try our marshmallow syrup. (Don't worry. It's really a grownup flavor.)
- Can I make waffles? Certainly.
- What do I add? Just water.
- How many will a mix make? Up to 24 four to five-inch pancakes.
- Anything else I need to know? They freeze well. Stick frozen pancakes in the toaster to thaw them and heat them. Oh, and bears like them.
