We have been using Ramstadt Breda Rich Dark Cocoa for 10 years now and have found it to be the best for our purposes. Fantastic flavour, easy to use, fits into to any recipe we have.
There’s great chocolate flavor from this cocoa. A couple of years ago my goal was to find a recipe and a cocoa for brownies where I liked the brownies with cocoa as much as brownies with baking chocolate. I found a simple one-pan recipe for the brownies and never miss the baking chocolate when I use the Ramstadt cocoa. Sometimes instead of using mini chocolate chips, I chop up a Ritter Sports Bar—dark chocolate with hazelnuts—to add to the brownies instead.
I bought this product when it was on sale, and now it's the only cocoa I use for all my baking. Thanks, Prepared Pantry, for such a wonderful product!!!
