Pioneer Valley Gourmet Peach Pina Colada Jelly

• What in the world is peach pina colada jelly? It's a mixture of peach juice, pineapple juice, and coconut extract.  It's sweetened with sugar but no artificial colors, preservatives, and no corn syrup.
• What does it look like? Like a glassy pool of shimmering amber. You can see through it. It's pretty.
